For a multipage document, tap the docu-
• ment on a flat surface to even the stack.
Insert the document face-down head first,
into the Automatic Document Feeder until
you hear a beep.
You can load up to
20 letter size, 10 legal size or
20 A4 size
sheets at a time into the Automatic
Document Feeder (ADF).
Adjust the right paper guide to the width of
the document.
It needed, flip the extension tray toward the back of
the unit to accommodate the document (eg. legal-
size documents).
The FAXPHONE automatically feeds the pages one
by one from the bottom.
If a page Jams or slops while feeding, sec Clearing
document jams pg.62.
If you are experiencing difficulty feeding multipage
documents, slant the edges of the stack and insert
the document into the Automatic Document Feeder
(ADF).
