Taking Pictures in Auto Fiash Mode
• When the green indicator biinks, move away from the
subject until the indicator stops blinking and then
press the shutter button again.
The table below shows the proximity warning range.

• The green indicator may light even at distances of
less than 25 cm (0.8 ft.). Take care not to get too
close to the subject.
■ When the orange indicator blinks (camera shake
warning), use a tripod or other means to hold the
camera steady.

When you are taking
pictures through a
window, hold the camera
20 to 40 cm (0,7 to 1.3
ft.) from the glass and
shoot at an angle to the
glass.
If you are too far from the
window or shoot directly
at the glass, the camera
may focus on the surface
of the glass rather than
on the subject.
