Certain consumables and routine maintenance items need to be ordered occasionally. Each
supply item includes installation instructions.
Note: Grayscale images printed with the composite black setting count as color pages,
because color consumables are used. This is the default setting on most printers.
Consumables
Genuine Dell Toner Cartridges (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black)
• Standard–Capacity Toner Cartridge (C, M, Y)
• High–Capacity Toner Cartridge (C, M, Y, K)
Note: Each toner cartridge includes installation instructions on the outer box.
Caution: Use of toner other than Genuine Dell Toner may affect print quality and printer
reliability.
Routine Maintenance Items
Routine maintenance items are printer parts that have a limited life and require periodic
replacement. Replacements may be parts or kits. Routine maintenance items are typically
customer replaceable.
