The call duration of active calls is visible on the LCD screen. In the following figure, the
call to Jack has lasted for 1 minute and 14 seconds.
To place a call using the handset:
1. Pick up the handset.
2. Enter the desired number using the keypad.
You can tap to open the soft keypad.
3. Press , , or the Send soft key.
You can tap the desired number from the list to dial out directly.
By default, the # key is set as a send key. You can set the * key as send key or set neither
of them as send keys. For more information, refer to the

You can also dial using the SIP URI or IP address. To obtain the IP address of your phone,
press the OK key. The maximum SIP URI or IP address length is 32 characters. For
example, IP: 192.168.1.15, SIP URI:[email protected].
Your phone may not support direct IP dialing. Contact your system administrator for more
information.
