Transmit Front Panel Display

Purpose

To transmit the contents of the front panel display

Usage

aa is the two-character instrument address.
↵ is the 'carriage return' character (ASCII decimal 13).

Remarks

This function is used to verify that communications with the instrument have been
established rather than reading data. Data is usually desired from a particular channel
number regardless of which channel the display happens to be monitoring.
The “S” and “T” display symbols are transmitted as “

” and “

LO

” respectively. The

” symbols are not transmitted.

Purpose

To transmit which of the limits have been activated
