Deleting a Folder
To delete a folder and all of its contents:
1. Touch the Saved Files button on the home screen.
2. Select the folder to be deleted.
3. Touch the Folder Options button.
4. Touch the Delete button.
5. Touch the Yes button to confirm.
Renaming a Folder
To rename a folder:
1. Touch the Saved Files button on the home screen.
2. Select the folder to be renamed.
3. Touch the Folder Options button.
4. Touch the Rename button.
5. Enter a new folder name by using the pop-up alphanumeric keypad.
6. Touch the OK button and confirm that the folder was successfully renamed.
Copying a File
To copy a file:
1. Touch the Saved Files button on the home screen.
2. Select the file to be copied.
3. Touch the File Options button.
4. Touch the Copy button.
5. Touch the File Name button if you wish to change the copied file name.
6. Use the corresponding dropdown lists to select a Location and Folder to copy the file
into as shown in Figure 30.
