General
“System Info” Option
This provides information about the number of licenses (concurrent users) and available services
(instant messaging, voice, video, application sharing, remote control, and file transfer). It also
makes it possible to personalize the application logos appearing on the access web page and
client PCs.
With the “General Properties” option, the administrator can view the general properties of the
entity, as well as the configuration of all services and features available.
Login data for the administrator can be modified by selecting “Data Access. ”
Email configuration can be modified using the “General Parameter” option.
