“CDR” Option
This option provides detailed information about what has occurred in a session; how many and which
users logged in to the session, who moderated the session, which services were used, when the
session started and ended, etc.
Information displayed will only be from sessions that have ended.
The first screen to appear is a form with which to refine the CDR search. You may want to search for
sessions that took place either at a certain date or in a limited range of dates, with a certain
moderator, in a specific area, etc. Parameters for the search must be defined in this form.
You can select from a range of dates, as well as define the search by specifying a certain area or
moderator. If selected per area, all moderators that are able to exercise the role of moderator in said
area will appear. It is also possible to filter the identifier of a user logged in a session.
If you have gained access to web administration as the administrator of a specific area, the
dropdown list of areas will not appear because only the CDRs of the specific area will be shown.
Regardless of the selected option, the resulting screen will show a list of CDRs (one per line) that
match the search parameters provided.
