There are several types of administrators, and each logs in as described above. There is the
general administrator, with authority to see everything on Spontania, and there is the area
administrator, with authority to see everything related to the specific area that they administer
e.g. a department within an organization. The area administrator logs on with credentials
provided by the general administrator. In order for this option to be available, it must previously
be activated when the tool is created. You only have to replace the entity data with the area
data.
Reference will be made to “sessions” and “rooms” throughout the manual. Please note that
they are synonymous terms.
A brief description of the administrator menu options is provided below.
General
System Info: provides information about available services and allows for changes to access
data and personalization of the access web page and the user’s interface.
