STATEMENT OF WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY: THERMADyNE ® warrants that ts products wll be free of defects n workmanshp or materal. Should
any falure to conform to ths warranty appear wthn the tme perod applcable to the THERMADyNE products as stated below,
THERMADyNE shall, upon notficaton thereof and substantaton that the product has been stored, nstalled, operated, and
mantaned n accordance wth THERMADyNE’s specficatons, nstructons, recommendatons and recognzed standard ndustry
practce, and not subject to msuse, repar, neglect, alteraton, or accdent, correct such defects by sutable repar or replacement,
at THERMADyNE’s sole opton, of any components or parts of the product determned by THERMADyNE to be defectve.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: THERMADyNE shall not under any crcumstances be lable for specal or consequental damages,
such as, but not lmted to, damage or loss of purchased or replacement goods, or clams of customers of dstrbutor (herenafter
the “Purchaser”) for servce nterrupton. The remedes of the Purchaser set forth heren are exclusve and the lablty of
THERMADyNE wth respect to any contract, or anythng done n connecton therewth such as the performance or breach
thereof, or from the manufacture, sale, delvery, resale, or use of any goods covered by or furnshed by THERMADyNE whether
arsng out of contract, neglgence, strct tort, or under any warranty, or otherwse, shall not, except as expressly provded
heren, exceed the prce of the goods upon whch such lablty s based.
THIS WARRANTY BECOMES INVALID IF REPLACEMENT PARTS OR ACCESSORIES ARE USED WHICH MAY IMPAIR
THE SAFETY OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY THERMADYNE PRODUCT.
THIS WARRANTY IS INVALID IF THE PRODUCT IS SOLD BY NON-AUTHORIZED PERSONS.
Ths warranty s effectve for the tme stated n the Warranty Schedule begnnng on the date that the authorzed dstrbutor
delvers the products to the Purchaser.
Warranty repars or replacement clams under ths lmted warranty must be submtted by an authorzed THERMADyNE repar
faclty wthn thrty (30) days of the repar. No transportaton costs of any knd wll be pad under ths warranty. Transportaton
charges to send products to an authorzed warranty repar faclty shall be the responsblty of the Purchaser. All returned
goods shall be at the Purchaser’s rsk and expense. Ths warranty supersedes all prevous THERMADyNE warrantes.
