each end-cap will have one rib inserted. Gently pull the
end- cap from the end of a movable rib.
11. The free rib can now line up directly next to an adjacent rib.
12. Gently pull the end-cap while inserting the free rib into
the empty receptacle hole. Do not cross ribs to insert into
end cap.
13. The loose umbrella material from the corner where each rib
was moved can be folded back and secured with the Velcro ®
fasteners sewn into the material.
14. Fold the material back and press fasteners together.

17. Remove the umbrella from the MultiClamp or light. Hold the
lower end of the post with one hand.
18. With the other hand, push the metal locking tab into the post
until the metal collar is free.
19. Slide the metal collar down the post until the umbrella is
closed.
20. Wrap the Velcro ® strap around the material and secure.
