pressure
Leak in the system.
Check all capillary connections and seal leaks,
if necessary (see Chapter 3.5, page 17).
Marked rise in pres-
sure
Inline filter (6.2821.120)
blocked.
Replace the filter (6.2821.130) (see Chapter
5.6, page 75).
Suppressor – blocked.

Regenerate the suppressor (see Chapter
5.11.3.2, page 83).
Note: 6.2821.180 pump tubing connection
with filter must be used.
Guard column – blocked.
Replace guard column (see Chapter 3.18,
page 54).
Separation column –
blocked.

Regenerate separation column (see Chap-
ter 5.12.4, page 89).

Replace separation column (see "Connect-
ing and rinsing the separation column",
page 57).
Note: Samples should always be microfiltered
(see Chapter 5.7, page 77).
