Micro400 safety light curtains are Type 4 active opto-electronic protective devices
(AOPD) with resolutions of 14mm and 30mm. They are cascadeable, and can be
used in conjunction with MSR4x safety devices up to Safety Category 4 (EN 954-1)/
SIL3/SIL CL3 (EN 61508 / EN 62061) and PL e (EN ISO 13849-1).
