c) Abdrehprobe vor Ort
Es wird empfohlen, den „Faktor T“ des Produktes mit einem
Test vor Ort einzustellen, wenn man den Düngemittelstreu-
er zur Verteilung spezieller Produkte, wie Schneckenschutz
oder eine niedrige Streuung pro Hektar einsetzen will.
- Installieren Sie die Abdrehproben-Kits auf der rechten
Seite (siehe Handbuch X).
- Auswahl der Funktion .
- Auswahl zur Einstellung des Produktes.
- 1 Einstellungstest wählen.
Die elektrischen Zylinder stellen sich auf die Markie-
rung 35.
- Folgen Sie den Anweisungen auf dem Display, die PDF
mit 540 U/Min einschalten und die rechte Klappe öffnen,
um einen Eimer zu ¾ zu füllen.
(Öffnungsdauer = 15 bis 20 Sekunden)
- Eingabe des Gewichts in Kilogramm und mit
bestätigen.
Die Konsole hat den neuen, für das Produkt spezifischen
„Faktor T“ berechnet.
Die Streuung erfolgt ohne Korrektur, aber nur im DPA-Mo-
dus.
(Wählen Sie nicht die Funktionen Test oder Auto).

Während der Ausführung einer Abdrehprobe vor Ort und vor
allem, wenn die Zapfwelle rotiert, muss unbedingt sicher-
gestellt werden, dass sich keine Personen oder Tiere in der
Nähe der Maschine aufhalten.
c) Static calibration test
When you want to use the fertiliser spreader to spread spe-
cific products such as slug repellent or when spreading with
a low rate per hectare, it is recommended to calibrate the “T
Factor” of the product with a static test.
- Install the calibration test kit on the right-hand side (see
Manual X).
- Select the function.
- Select for product calibration.
- Select 1 calibration test.
The electric actuators will position themselves on
marker 35
- Follow the instructions displayed on the screen, start the
PTO 540 rpm and open the right shutter in order to fill
the bucket up to ¾.
(Opening time = 15 to 20 seconds)
- Enter the weight obtained in kg and validate
with .
The console calculates the new “T factor” specific to the
product.
The spreading will be performed without correction, but
only in DPA mode
(do not select the Test or Auto functions).
- Select to exit.

During the performance of a static calibration test and espe-
cially when the PTO is running you must always make sure
that no person or animal is close to the machine.
c) Essai de débit à poste fixe
Lorsque l’on veut utiliser le distributeur d’engrais pour
épandre des produits spécifiques tel que l’anti-limace ou lors
d’épandage à faible dose hectare, il est conseillé de calibrer
le “Facteur T” du produit avec un test à poste fixe.
- Installer le kit essais de débit côté droit (voir Manuel X).
- Sélectionner la fonction .
- Sélectionner pour calibrage produit.
- Sélectionner 1 test de calibrage.
Les vérins électriques vont se positionner sur le repère 35
- Suivre les instructions affichées sur l’écran, mettre en
marche la PDF 540 tr/min et ouvrir la trappe droite de
manière à remplir le seau au 3/4.
(Durée d’ouverture = 15 à 20 secondes)
- Entrer le poids obtenu en kg et valider avec .
La console a calculé le nouveau “Facteur T” spécifique au
produit.
L’épandage s’effectuera sans correction,mais en mode DPA
uniquement
(ne pas sélectionner les fonctions Test ou Auto).
- Sélectionner pour sortir.

Pendant la réalisation d’un essai de débit à poste fixe et
surtout quand la prise de force est en rotation il faut impé-
rativement s’assurer qu’aucune personne ou animal ne se
trouve à proximité de la machine.
