Using your Diverse 1015

To skip forwards and backwards through
your messages
At the base:
• Press the SKIP ᮣ button once to skip to the
start of the next message or several times to
skip forward over a number of messages.
• Press the ᮤ SKIP button once to skip back
to the start of the current message or
several times to skip back over a number of
messages.
At any time you can:
• Press and hold the ᮤ SKIP button to skip
back to the start of your messages.
To pause a message during playback at the
base unit
• Press the STOP button. The voice says.
‘Pause’
• Press the PLAY button to resume playback.
To stop playback at the base unit
• Press the STOP button twice.

Displaying new and old messages
Your Diverse 1015 can tell you which messages
are new and which messages have already been
played back.
When there are new messages:
• The ANSWER ON/OFF button flashes.
• The display indicates the total number of
messages stored.
To play back new messages at the base unit
• Press the PLAY button.
To play back all messages at the base unit
• Press and hold down the PLAY button for
about a second. You can hear all new and
old messages.
When the recording memory is full
If you have recorded an advisory announcement as
one of your outgoing messages, your Diverse 1015
will automatically play it as the outgoing message
to all new callers. If not, your Diverse 1015 will not
answer the call.
