Using your Diverse 1015

To play back your second outgoing

message (A2)

•

Press the

MODE

button until the voice says

‘Operation Mode. Call Recording after
announcement 2’.

•

Press the

PLAY

button. Your message is

played back. Along with any concluding
message.

•

Stop playback at any time by pressing the

STOP

button.

To delete your second outgoing message (A2)

•

Press the

MODE

button again. Voice says

‘Operation Mode. Call Recording after
announcement 2’. Display shows

•

Press the

MODE

button again. Voice says

‘Mode”.

•

Press and hold the

DELETE

button until the

outgoing message is deleted.

To record a second outgoing message (A2)

•

Press the

MODE

button until the voice says

‘Operation Mode. Call Recording after
announcement 2’. Display shows

Press the

MODE

button. Voice says ‘Mode’.

•

Press the

RECORD

button within 3 seconds.

Your handset rings.

•

Press the

PHONE

button on your handset.

The voice says ‘Recording announcement’.

•

Press the

PHONE

button to end the

recording.

•

Your recording is played back.

or if

•

You are including a concluding message
press the

GREEN

button on the base station

immediately after recording your outgoing
message.

•

You may leave silence for approximately
4 seconds after recording your outgoing
message. The voice prompts you for the
concluding message and you may then
record your concluding message.

•

Press the

PHONE

button to end the recording.

•

Both your outgoing message and the
concluding message is played back.
