2010+ CAMARO V6 TURBO MUFFLER CATBACK
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Thanks for purchasing a Stainless Works Turbo Muffler Catback Exhaust System for
your 2010+ Camaro V6. We have gone to great pains to make sure that our exhaust
systems fit and sound great. Please follow these steps to ensure that your installation
goes as planned.
Disassembly
1. Disconnect battery.
2. Raise and support vehicle.
3. Loosen (2) clamps at the factory connection point behind the catalytic converters
and slide off. Retain the (2) clamps for use to connect the exhaust system to the
front pipes.
4. Remove the old exhaust system from the hangers
5. Remove the (4) 15 mm bolts from the cross brace and remove the exhaust system.
Catback Installation
1. Install (2) clamps (previously removed) and lead pipes, using RTV high
temperature sealant.
2. Install (2) 2.5” clamps and X-pipe using sealant.
3. Install (2) 2.5” clamps and (2) tailpipe hangers and tailpipes using sealant.
4. Install (2) 2.5” clamps and (2) hangers and mufflers using sealant.
5. Install muffler outlets and tips using (2) 2.5” clamps and (2) tip hanger clamps.
