Perform the following after initial purchase and operation of the MK-5005S.
The following maintenance should be performed following each use. Use light oil, such as WD-40
or 3 in 1 when lubricating parts.

Check and adjust V-belt
tension following first forty-eight
(48) hours of operation (See V-
belt Inspection page 32)

Ensure the ON/OFF switch
is in the OFF position
(B)
Lubricate lower pivot points
(C)
Lubricate upper pivot points
(D)
Clean and lubricate all spring
assemblies
(E)
Lubricate the Roller
Wheel Assemblies
