LED Lamp and Harness Installation
1. Install each Tail Light Mount under the rear frame tube, approximately 25” from the center of
the frame. Secure mounts with 5/8-11 U-Bolts and Locknuts, ensure U-Bolts are not interfering
with raised wheel arm tube. See page 19B.
2. Install the Light Module under the Module Bracket using two 1/4-20 X 1-1/2 Screws and
Locknuts. See page 19B. Attach the Module Bracket to the front frame tube left of center, using
two 3/8-16 U-Bolts and Locknuts. See pages 19B and 19C.
3. Attach the 7 Pin Harness to the Light Module. Route the harness along the frame and drawbar
with the hydraulic hoses. See page 19C.
4. Layout the LED Lamp Harness. Note that the cords are marked left and right.
Attach the harness to the Light Module.
5. Route the left 3 plug cord along the left side of the frame center tube, across the rear frame
tube, then under and through the Left Tail Light Mount.
6. Route the right 3 plug cord along the right side of the front frame tube and along the inside
of the inner frame tube, then under and through the Right Tail Light Mount.
7. Route the remaining left and right 2 plug cords along the left and right front frame tube. Route a
2 plug cord end into the bottom of each Lamp Bracket until the end sticks out the top. See page
19C.
8. Plug a 2 plug harness end into each Amber LED Lamp. Attach Amber LED Lamp to the light
bracket with 1/4-20 X 1-1/2 Screws and Locknuts. Attach the left Lamp Bracket to the back of
the front frame tube and the right Lamp Bracket to the front of the front frame tube using 1/2-13
U-Bolts, Flat Washers and Locknuts. See page 19C.
9. Plug a 3 plug harness end into each Red LED Lamp. With the lens facing rearward, install a Red
LED Lamp onto each Tail Light Mount using 1/4-20 X 1-1/2 Screws and Locknuts. See page
19C.
10. Secure both harnesses with tie straps, making sure to leave enough slack, where the drawbar
meets the frame, to allow the machine to raise and lower. Secure LED lamp harness molded
union to module bracket using Tie Straps. Bundle and secure any excess cord with tie straps.
See page 19C.
11. Raise, lower, fold and unfold machine to check for proper clearance, adjust accordingly.
Important: All wires must be firmly attached to machine frame members, or hydraulic lines, so they
don’t sag or become torn loose by field debris. Use the cable and hose ties provided.
