Identify the left hand wing and line up the hinge tube with the hinge joint on the center frame. Connect
the wing frame to the center frame using the hinge pin, machinery bushings, ½” x 3” roll pin, ½-13 x 3-
1/2 capscrew and ½-13 locknut provided. Insert two machinery bushings between the rear center frame
sleeve and the wing frame tube and as many machinery bushings as needed to fill the gap between the
wing frame tube and front center frame sleeve as the hinge pin is installed. Insert the capscrew through
the rear center frame sleeve hole and hinge pin. Place as many machinery bushings as needed on the
end of hinge pin before installing the roll pin. Install the locknut on capscrew and tighten. See Figure 10.
Assemble the right hand wing in the same manner. Insert the four grease fittings into the holes provided
on the top side of the hinge tubes.
