hArT CommAnd menu
The HART Command Menu allows the operator to perform diagnostic and service functions as follows:
1) self Test
Internal tests are performed and any detected problems are reported in “Status
Info”.
2) master reset
This function re-initializes the microprocessor, resets the operating software, and
initiates a hardware reset for both the sensor and the HART interface. Latched
relays are reset.
3) Loop Test
This test allows the operator to manually set the analog signal output (
4
to
20
mA)
to a fixed user defined value.

allow the operator to reconfigure or write new variables to the device.
