Install the New Certificate
Install the new certificate to IIS.
1. Launch IIS Manager from Start -> All Programs -> Administrative Tools -> IIS
Manager.
2. In (local machine), navigate to Web Sites -> Default Web Sites.
3. Right-click on Default Web Sites and select Properties.
4. Go to the Directory Security tab.
5. In the Secure communications box, click Server Certificate…
Windows will launch the Web Server Certificate Wizard.
6. Click Next to step through the Welcome screen to go to the Pending
Certificate Request screen.
7. Click Process the pending request and install the certificate” and click Next.
8. On the confirmation screen, enter the path to the new certificate and click
Next.
9. On the SSL Port screen, specify the port number for SSL, or leave it at the
default 443.
10. Click Next twice, then click Finish to return to Default Web Sites Properties.
