The following screen will appear if the CSV file is correct:

Click on the confirm button to add these users. An email will be sent to each user using
the email template created in the section below. If a user already has a key then this
current key will be revoked and a new one created. If the user appears in a different
group, the user will be moved to the new group.

You can check the users have been added by going to the Management>User Keys
screen.

If the emails have not been sent yet it will say that no key is present for the user. Based
on the load on the system, these messages may take up to 5 minutes to generate so
please wait and then reload the list.

NOTES ABOUT THE USER KEYS SCREEN

Once created, User Keys can be either Active or Inactive. You have the option to
deactivate a user key should you need to temporarily suspend a user from using the
internet out of the office. Keys can also be revoked (by clicking on the select box by the
keys you want to revoke and then clicking on the Revoke Selected button), which
completely deletes them. Clicking on Create Key again will generate a new unique key.
Should you wish to delete users completely you should do this from Management>Users
dropdown. This will also revoke any keys against this user.

Please remember that it can take up to 15 minutes for these changes to take effect.

The “Key Ref” is the last 4 characters of the authentication key.
