Troubleshooting

THE MANUAL INSTALLER DOES NOT WORK.


If the manual installer does not work, please make a note of the error code the installer
brings up and then provide this to the Support team. Please provide as much
information about the machine you have tried to install it on as possible (O/S, memory,
processor, service packs installed, other software installed etc.).

ANYWHERE+ IS RUNNING BUT IT DOES NOT SEEM TO BE
REDIRECTING TRAFFIC TO THE SERVICE CORRECTLY.


Please check your config file is correct. If this is correct, please check with support that
your account has been enabled for Anywhere+.
If this still does not work, please check the authentication key using Virtual Connector.
If this still does not work, please disable all security applications like firewalls, VPNs and
endpoint protection (e.g. anti-malware) and see if it works. If it does work not, enable
each one individually to find out what is stopping Anywhere+ from working. You may
need to set up a security profile for Anywhere+ in that application (e.g. firewall).

ANYWHERE+.


Does the website work correctly through Virtual Connector?
Does the website work correctly if you set the tunnel type in Anywhere+ to plain?
Does the website work correctly if Anywhere+ is disabled?
Does the website work correctly if Anywhere+ is exited?

Please provide the website details and the answers to these questions to support for us
to investigate further.
