GATHER INFORMATION
Once deployed to the small subset of users, you should then gather in feedback from
these users to ascertain if the product worked correctly and if it was simple to use. If
they answered yes to both of these you should now be ready to roll out the product to all
of your roaming and remote users.
If the product did not work correctly, you should go to the troubleshooting section of the
document. If the ease of use was in question, this feedback should be sent to Support
and you may need to look at how the use of the application is communicated to your
user base.
