Jeep Wrangler JK Full Width Bumper 2 Kit # 83235 / 236
Prepare to Install Bumper
1. Remove four bolts, two push clips and lower splash
guard from lower crush zone and front bumper.
2. Disconnect fog lights wiring harnesses from fog
lights if equipped.
3. Remove wiring harness and clips from lower crush
zone.

4. Remove four nuts, four spacer plates and front
bumper from frame horns.
5. Remove eight screws and two fog lights from front
bumper.
Install Bumper
1. Note: 2010 - 2013 Models require a small amount
of trimming to lower crash bar. Mark and trim
(using a cut off wheel) a small amount of overhang-
ing sheet metal from lower crash bar so kit winch
bumper may sit flush on crash bar.
NOTE
Bumper can be installed with or without winch. 83225
will requre #87050 (Fairlead Mount) if installing winch.
