Prepare to Install Kit
Rear Bumper Install
1. Install Rear Bumper Bracket and Anchore Strap.
a. Install eight factory bolts in to supplied right and
left brackets (Note: Notched ends will face
towards inside of vehicle).
b. Install Nut Plate(Two nuts weld on a plate) into
frame rail through access hole in frame. Using
supplied hardware(Four 1/2” bolts, washers and
two flange nuts) to install Anchore Strap on
drivers side frame mount & bracket. Align and
tighten all bolts(Note: Each vehicle may very
due to added accessories. 91’ & older models
will requier you to mark & drill 1/2” holes to
tie in the anchore straps to the frame).
Repeat to passanger side.

Anchore Strap mounted
to bumper bracket. Anchore Strap mounts to
factory frame rail mount.
Rear Bumper Assembly
1. Assemble rear bumper.
a. Install kit corner (driver) to kit bumper (center)
with three bolts (1/2”), three washers(1/2”), and
three flange nuts (1/2”). Center the corner, and
tighten bolts..
Repeat to passenger side.
2. Install kit bumper on vehicle.
a. Place rear bumper up to mounts, align mounting
holes. Use six (7/16”,bolt, washer, & flange nut)
mounting hardware secure bumper to mounting
brackets.
