Press the OPEN button to open the top cover.

Pull the jammed paper toward the back from the paper tray and remove it as per diagram A.
If you can’t, pull the jammed paper toward the front and remove it as per diagram B.
If you cannot see any jammed paper, remove the ribbon cassette and check underneath. Remove
any jammed paper.

Close the top cover.
Press the both edges of the top cover and close it until it clicks.

Put the recording paper back into the paper tray.

Close the paper tray cover.
Be careful not to cut yourself on the sharp edges of the metal part shown in
the illustration.
