Programming a Fax Forwarding Number

Press Menu/Set, 8, 6.

Press or until the screen displays FAX FORWARD, and press Menu/Set.
The screen prompts you to enter the number of the fax machine where faxes will be forwarded.

Enter the forwarding number (up to 20 digits), and press Menu/Set.

Press Stop/Exit.
You can change a Fax Forwarding number remotely.
Recording the Paging Outgoing Message (OGM)
Before paging can work, you should first record the Paging OGM.

Press Menu/Set, 8, 3. The screen prompts you to choose an OGM.

Press or to reach PAGING OGM, and press Menu/Set.

Press or to select RECORD MSG, and press Menu/Set.

Pick up the handset to record a message.

Press Stop/Exit and replace the handset. The Message Centre plays your OGM.

Press Stop/Exit.
Programming the Paging Number

Press Menu/Set, 8, 6.

Press or until the screen displays PAGING, and press Menu/Set.
The screen prompts you to enter your pager number.

Enter your paging number up to 20 digits and press Menu/Set.
This is the telephone number which your machine must call.

Press Stop/Exit.
You can delete or play the Paging message in the same way as the MSG CTR
OGM. (See Recording the Message Centre’s Outgoing Message (MSG CTR
OGM), page 64.)
You cannot change a Paging number remotely.
