• The boxes on the lower-right side show a white gap between the letters and the
colored background
You have to reprint the job to fix the quality problems.
Step 2: Improving Text and Image Quality
As the job was printed once, it is already stored in the system.
To define high quality printing parameters:
1. In the Storage area, double-click the job IQ_Test_Train_Tab .
2. In the Job Parameters window, click the Quality button.
3. In the Graphics quality (Text, Line) list, select High .
4. In the Image quality list, select High .
5. Under Image/Graphics Quality , click Trapping .
6. Under Trapping , select the Enable trapping check box.
7. Select the Protect small text check box.
8. Click Submit .
The system reprocesses the job and sends it to print.
Note: All quality adjustments require reRIPing the job, as indicated on the upper-right corner of
the window.
