Secret Specifies the join password of the EnergyWise domain.
Configurable options include:
• Not configured
• Enabled
• Disabled
If you enable this policy setting, you must input the join
password of the EnergyWise domain.
Note: The default join password is cisco.
Name Specifies the name of the client computer.
Configurable options include:
• Not configured
• Enabled
• Disabled
If you enable this policy setting, you must input name of
the client computer.
If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, the
name will be restored to the default value.
Note: The client computer name is used as the default
name value. Therefore, the default name value is different
on each client computer.
Role Specifies the role of EnergyWise.
Configurable options include:
• Not configured
• Enabled
• Disabled
If you enable this policy setting, you must input the role of
the client computer.
If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, the
role will be restored to the default value.
Note: The machine type and model is used as the default
value of the role. Therefore, the default value of the role
is different on each client computer.
