Undock action Specifies the action that the Windows operating system
takes when the computer is undocked.
Possible actions include:
• No action
• Standby
• Hibernate
CD-ROM speed Specifies the speed of the CD-ROM drive.
Possible speeds include:
• High performance
• Normal
• Silent
Power Management CPU Specifies the action that the Windows operating system
takes when there is no system activity for a specified
interval.
Possible actions include:
• Automatic
• Disabled
If you select Automatic, then when there is no system
activity for a specified interval, the power-saving function
is enabled and the microprocessor clock will be stopped
automatically.
If you select Disabled, the battery life will be shorter.
Power Management PCI bus Specifies the action that the Windows operating system
takes when there is no system activity for a specified
interval.
Possible actions include:
• Automatic
• Disabled
If you select Automatic, the PCI Bus clock is stopped
if there is no activity.
If you select Disabled, the battery life will be shorter.
