Troubleshooting
Problem Description or Cause Possible Solution
Sections of the image are not printed. • Platen rollers are dirty.
• Pinch rollers are dirty.
• Cleaning rollers are dirty.
1. Clean the platen rollers
(see page 3-7 ).
2. Clean the pinch rollers
(see page 3-8 ).
3. Clean the cleaning rollers
(see page 3-9 ).
Paper surface is scratched. • Thermal print heads are
dirty.
• Debris is in the paper path.
1. Clean the thermal print
heads (see page 3-5 ).
2. Clear any debris from the
paper path (see page 4-4 ).
Prints have horizontal streaks. • Thermal print heads are
dirty.
• Peel rollers are dirty.
• Platen rollers are dirty.
• Pinch rollers are dirty.
