Please note
Use only permitted combinations of drives, valves, cylinder
diameters, lengths and mass loads, see “Parameters for
the DNCI or DDPC” in chapter 2.
• Fit the drive horizontally.
• Use fastening elements which will permanently resist the
acceleration forces.
• Avoid installing restrictors in the supply line.
• If necessary, provide a sufficiently large supply of energy
in order to minimise the effects of transverse forces on
the positioning behaviour.
• Use a suitable guide for absorbing lateral forces.
• Lubricate the external guide at suitable maintenance
intervals (note manufacturer specifications).
• Connect the drive, the guide and the load free of play in
the direction of movement and flush with each other.
• If the DNCI-... is not mounted on an earthed machine
stand, connect the earth connection of the DNCI-... with
low impedance (short cable with large cross-sectional
area) to the earth potential.
A self-tapping screw for fastening an earth strap is supplied
with the measuring system.
