Adjusting the Volume
Use VOLUME up (+) and down (-) to adjust the handset, speaker, headset, or ringer volume. The
adjusted volume setting for the ringer and speaker remains until you change it again or until the phone
is reset. The handset and headset volume setting is returned to the default setting automatically after
the telephone has been idle for 30 seconds.
Muting the Active Microphone
● Press the MUTE button while on a call.
● To activate the microphone, press MUTE again.
Changing the User Language
1. Press MENU and navigate to Secure Settings.
2. Press Select and type the password (initially enabled, the default password is 123456).
3. Press Next and navigate to Language.
4. Press Change, navigate to the selected language and press Select.
5. Press Yes to confirm.
6. Press Ok and then press PHONE/EXIT.
Choosing a Personalized Ringer Tone
1. Press MENU and press Select on the Phone Settings screen.
2. Press Select on the Personalized Ringing screen.
3. Navigate to the selected ring pattern and press Select. Press Play to listen to a ring pattern.
