Function To camera reset operation

Status None
Reference •To stop executing another operation of camera (except preset move) and
to force to set in initialized status regardless of pedestal initialize.
•Not to accept camera command during executing Camera Reset.
•To set in status of Focus Automatic, Zoom Stop, Auto White Balance
Normal, Fade Normal, Shutter Speed Program, Backlight
Compensation OFF, Exposure Auto, IR Filter ON and IR LED Light
OFF.
•To return notification at the moment of setting command termination
notification ON, when command normal finishes.
