Clean the suction channel thoroughly
using a cloth and detergent solution of a

Clean the fresh water reservoir.
For this, alternate the use of a strong alka-

alkaline, week 2: acid, week 3: alkaline...).
Alternating the detergent should prevent
the bacteria of "getting used to" the deter-
gent.
Alkaline solution, e.g. with 30 % KÄRCHER

1 Suction lips
Interval: after each use of the appliance.
The thorough cleaning is especially impor-
tant as the suction lips are in direct contact
with the floor area to be cleaned.
Î
Remove the suction lips from the suc-

operating instructions.
Î
Wipe the coarse dirt off with a clean
cloth.
Î
Submerge the suction lips into a deter-

KÄRCHER disinfectant cleaner RM

Important
Observe the directions provided by the
manufacturer of the disinfectant.
Î
Hang up the suction lips until they are
completely dry.
Important
Only whole suction lips ensure a correct im-
plementation of the HACCP concept.
Therefore, replace worn, broken or cracked
suction lips with new suction lips.
Interval: after each use of the appliance.
Just like the suction lips, the suction bar
must also be cleaned thoroughly to prevent

ance as described in the appliance's
operating instructions.
Î
Wipe the coarse dirt off with a clean
cloth.
Î
Remove encrusted dirt with a plastic

Caution
Spots on the suction bar. Do not let the de-
