Activate LDAP Authentication on the Soft Token Portal
Edit the Soft Token Activation Portal channel settings.
1. Logged into the Management Console, under
Policies in the pane to the left, click Channels.
2. Select the
Soft Token Activation Portal option.
3. Select the option to enable LDAP fallback authentication when no credential exists, as illustrated next.
