Note on BSS
BSS is effective when taking pictures of still subjects. BSS may not produce the desired results if the
subject moves or the composition changes while the shutter-release button is held down.

Note on Multi-shot 16
Smear (
A 162) visible in the monitor when shooting with Multi-shot 16 enabled will be recorded
with images. Avoiding bright objects such as the sun, reflections of the sun, and electric lights when
shooting with Multi-shot 16 enabled is recommended.

Note on Touch Shutter
C Continuous or D BSS is disabled and only one picture can be taken at a time when the shutter
is released using the touch shutter function.

Continuous Setting
The continuous setting applied in A (auto) mode is stored in the camera’s memory even after the
camera is turned off, and reapplied the next time A (auto) is selected.
