6.19.3 Notes
• VLAN Manager does not display the tagged ports set in the Default VLAN if the
port is not a member of another VLAN. Port must be in Untagged state in other
VLAN in order to set it to Tagged state in the default VLAN.
• The current firmware version will allow VLAN Manager to retrieve the device
VLAN information using an SNMPv3 account that has no read access configuration.
• If multiple SNMPv3 accounts were created in Switchblade x908 and were stacked,
VLAN Manager may intermittently fail to access the device and will return an error
message: "Target Device not supported".
• It may take a while for VLAN Manager to retrieve or save VLAN information
from/to the device if the device is in stacked mode.
• VLAN Manager may intermittently fail to access the device even if the device is up.
• Port must be in Untagged state in other VLAN in order to remove it from the
default VLAN. If a port is not Untagged in other VLAN, user would not be able to
remove it from the default VLAN.
• VLAN name with special characters set in CLI will be displayed in Modify window.
