4. Press the Options soft key to display options menu.
5. Use the Up or Down Navigation key to highlight Add Member and press
the Select soft key or the key.
6. Use the Up or Down Navigation key to highlight a name from the Address
Book list or enter the first few letters of the name associated with the
number you would like to assign to the Group and press the
key. A
check mark appears beside the selected numbers.
Repeat this step until you have selected all the numbers you want to add to
the Group.
7. Press the Save soft key.
Removing a Member from a Group
1. In Idle mode, press the Menu ( ) soft key to access Menu mode.
2. Using the Navigation keys, highlight Address Book and press the Select
soft key or the key.
3. Highlight Groups and press the Select soft key or the key.
4. Use the Up or Down Navigation key to highlight the group of the member
you would like to remove and press the key.
Alternatively, press the Options soft key, highlight View Members and
press the Select soft key or the
key.
5. Press the Options soft key.
6. Use the Up or Down Navigation key to highlight Edit Group and press the
Select soft key or the key.
7. Use the Up or Down Navigation key to highlight a name from the Address
Book list or enter the first few letters of the name associated with the
number you would like to remove from the Group.
8. Press the key to remove the check mark from the members name.
Repeat this step until you have selected all the numbers you want to
remove from the Group.
9. Press the Save soft key.
Finding a Number by Caller Group
1. In Idle mode, press the Menu ( ) soft key to access Menu mode.
2. Using the Navigation keys, highlight Address Book and press the Select
soft key or the key.
3. Highlight Contact List and press the Select soft key or the key.
