Calculator
You can perform calculations, including addition, subtraction,
multiplication and division using your phone.
Note: You must use the phone keypad to use the Calculator.
1. From the Tools menu, select Calculator. The
Calculator screen appears in the display.
2. Enter the first number in your calculation using the
keypad. (Numbers can be up to 15 digits long. Up to 5
of the digits can be after a decimal point.)
• To enter a decimal point, press .
• To change the sign for a number to a negative, press .
• To add parentheses [( )] to your calculation or to enter a Power
exponent (^), such as, 3^2, which is the equivalent of 3 2 ,
press Operator and select the desired Operator.
• Press Clear to clear current entries.
3. Select a type(s) of calculation.
• [ x ] Multiplication — Press Navigation key Up.
• [ ÷ ] Division — Press Navigation key Down.
• [ + ] Addition — Press Navigation key Right.
• [ - ] Subtraction — Press Navigation key Left.
4. Enter the other number(s) and press to perform
the calculation and view the result.
Stop Watch
You can use this function to set a stop watch.
1. From the Tools menu, select Stop Watch. The Stop
Watch screen appears in the display.
2. To start, stop, and resume the stopwatch count, press
.
3. At the start of each succeeding event/lap, press
Record to record the completion time for the previous
event/lap. You can record up to eight event/lap times.
4. To reset the stop watch display and to erase all
recorded (lap) times, press Reset.
