Section 9: easyedge SM
With easyedge SM , you can download full featured applications
over the air including games, personalized ring tones, pictures,
and more. You can send and receive instant messages and E-
Mail, or browse the web to catch up on all the latest news.
Note: easyedge SM from U.S. Cellular is only available on approved phones
and requires an easyedge SM data plan. Visit www.uscellular.com/
easyedge or call U.S. Cellular customer service (by dialing 611 on your
phone) and ask about easyedge SM .
Accessing easyedge SM
Applications Shopping and Downloading
Download games, ring tones, e-mail, and more using
easyedge
SM
. For information on airtime charges, contact U.S.
Cellular.
1. In standby mode, press the Right navigation key to launch
easyedge SM . The following easyedge SM options appear in
the display:
Tip: To launch easyedge SM using the Main Menu, in standby mode, press
MENU ( ), then select easyedge SM ➔ easyedge SM .
2. Use the Navigation key to highlight the easyedge SM icon
( ), then press .
Note: The first time you access easyedge SM Shop, an “airtime warning”
message appears in the display along with instructions on how to
remove this message.
Your phone takes a moment to connect, then the
easyedge SM Catalog menu appears in the display.
3. Follow the instructions in your phone’s display.
Note: Please check with U.S. Cellular for availability of applications.
Changing Your easyedge SM Settings
Use the Settings menu in easyedge SM to manage, move, order
applications, and much more.
1. At the easyedge
SM
menu, select Settings ( ).
The following options appear in the display:
• Order Apps — Download applications over the network.
