Setting Moisture to Manual or Automatic
STEP ACTION
1 Press one of the keys to right of screen. Press INST
MOIST key to display moisture.
2 Press key to the right of line displaying Moisture.
3 Use RIGHT ARROW key to select “man”.
4 Press RIGHT ARROW key to set average moisture for
load.
5 Press key to right of line displaying Moisture.
Setting Full Swath
STEP ACTION
1 Press MENU key until SETUP key is displayed. Press
SETUP key.
2 Press SWATH key.
3 Press UP or DOWN ARROW key to select grain.
4 Press EDIT # ROWS key. Press UP or DOWN
ARROW key to change number. Press ACCEPT key.
5 Press EDIT SPACING key. Press UP or DOWN
ARROW key to change number. Press ACCEPT key.
6 Press EXIT key once to return to main operating screen.
Setting Partial Swath
STEP ACTION
1 If swath not displayed, press one the keys to right of
screen. Press SWATH key.
2 Press key to right of line displaying “SWATH”.
3 To view swath by rows, press RIGHT ARROW key to
select “rows”.
4 Press DOWN ARROW key to decrease swath to swath
being harvested.
5 Press UP ARROW key to increase swath back to full
swath after harvesting partial swath.
4 Deselect swath by pressing key to right of swath.
NOTE: When swath is decreased, the monitor will beep to remind
you it is set on partial swath. The monitor will not stop beeping
until the swath is increased to full swath.
Calibrating Grain Weight
STEP ACTION
1 Change to a load with 0 lbs.
2 With grain tank empty, harvest 3,000 or more lbs into load.
3 Completely empty grain tank into wagon or truck.
4 Change to another load with 0 lbs.
5 Weigh grain in wagon or truck.

Repeat Steps 1-5. Weigh at least 5-6 loads. IMPORTANT:
For more accurate results, vary grain flow (vary speed or
swath) for each load.
7 Press MENU until CAL key is displayed. Press CAL key.
8 Press WEIGHT key. Press UP or DOWN ARROW key to select
grain. Press ENTER WEIGHT key.
9 Press key to right of field. Press UP or DOWN ARROW key to
change field. Press key to right of load. Press UP or DOWN
ARROW key to change load that was weighed.
10 Press key right of line displaying “Act. Weight”. Press UP or
DOWN ARROW key to set actual weight. Press ACCEPT key.
11 Repeat Steps 8-9 to enter all actual weights. Press EXIT key.
12 Press SHOW CAL LOADS key. Press PERFORM CAL key.
If MAX ERR over 15%
13 Press EXIT key. Press UP or DOWN ARROW key to select load
with highest error over 15%. Press CAL ON/OFF key to
uncheck load. Repeat Steps 11–12 until MAX ERR is under 15%
then proceed to Step 14.
If MAX ERR under 15%
14 Press CONTINUE key to run full calibration. You must have 4
or more actual weights entered to do a full calibration.
15 “AVERAGE ERROR” should be under 3%; “MAX ERROR”
should be under 5%.
16 If “MAX ERROR” over 5%, remove actual weight for load with
highest error and perform calibration again.
17 Press EXIT key three times to return to main operating screen.
NOTE: You can calibrate after entering each actual weight. You must
calibrate for every grain type. Check monitor during harvest season, add
more “Act. Weight” if weight is off. If using weigh wagon, make sure it is
calibrated accurately
