Make sure you are using the latest BIOS for your system by checking

Disable USB boot in the BIOS and retry.

Attempt to eject the cartridge and retry boot, or boot with the RDX Removable Disk Backup System
disconnected.
4.
If using a FAT32 formatted cartridge, reformatting to another file system may fix the problem.
