Change the timestamp of the reports.xml file:
a.
For an upgrade to SIM 6.0, change the reports.xml file in
/etc/opt/mx/config/preload/60/addfiles/
b.
For an upgrade to SIM 6.1, change the reports.xml file in
/etc/opt/mx/config/preload/60/addfiles/
c.
For an upgrade to SIM 6.2, change the reports.xml file in
/etc/opt/mx/config/preload/62/addfiles/

Execute mxstart.
Assuming this was the problem, links to the reports should now appear in the Reports menu.
What can I do with my old, unused SMP licenses?
Adding standalone SMP licenses to the Insight Control License Manager is not supported.
However, if you have unused licenses from older versions of SMP standalone (SMP v3.0 to v3.7)
software, you can still use those licenses to perform migrations to servers that are not licensed
for Insight Control. See the HP Insight Control server migration User Guide for more information.
What is Insight Remote Support Advanced software?
HP Insight Remote Support Advanced software enhances Systems Insight Manager event
monitoring capabilities by sending automatic hardware event notification securely to HP,
including entitlement, acknowledgement and status returns. It extends the intelligent analysis
and diagnosis of events, optimizing availability and reducing manual intervention. It is available
at no extra cost for systems under warranty, HP Care Pack Service or an HP support contract
obligation, and is required to enable the contract and warranty feature of Systems Insight Manager.
Insight Remote Support Advanced also enables HP to deliver higher levels of proactive support
in line with HP Mission Critical Services support agreements.
Insight Remote Support Advanced is not bundled with the Insight software media. Selecting
Insight Remote Support Advanced as part of the Insight software installation installs only a
shortcut on the CMS desktop. The desktop shortcut points to the HP Software Depot where you
can download the software:
