2 Installation
Installing Insight Orchestration
Insight Orchestration is installed through the HP Insight Software Installer. When using the installer, be sure
to select all the required software and have the HP Insight Control server deployment and SMTP parameters
available to use during installation. For more information, see

Configuration Guide on the Insight Software DVD #1 or at
Upgrading Insight Orchestration
For complete upgrade instructions, see the
HP Insight Software 6.0 Installation and Configuration Guide
located on the Insight Software DVD #1. From the installer, select the Documentation tab, and then select
HP Insight Dynamics
in the left navigation pane or to locate it on the web go to
.
Uninstalling Insight Orchestration
1.
Go to Add or remove Programs.
2.
Select HP Insight Orchestration 6.0.
3.
Select the Remove option.
4.
When the Attention: Remove the Insight Orchestration database? message appears,
click:
•
Yes
to remove the Insight Orchestration database.
•
No
to preserve the Insight Orchestration database.
5.
Click Yes when the Are you sure you want to remove HP Insight Orchestration and
all of its components?
message appears.
The removal process is complete.
