Problem Possible cause Remedy
DIESEL ENGINE
When turning the ignition key, the engine does
not start The battery release switch is deactivated Activate
The gear selector is engaged Turn it to neutral
The working mode switch is enabled Disable
The power supply fuse is open Replace the fuse
The starting relay is damaged Replace the relay
The machine has run out of fuel Refuel
There is water in the fuel fi lter Bleed the system
LIGHTING SYSTEM
The high and low beams do not turn on There is an open in the light fuse Replace
There is an open in the light switch Replace
The bulbs are broken Replace
The light control unit is damaged Replace
The combination switch is broken Replace
The working lights do not turn on The working mode is not activated Activate the working mode switch
There is an open in the light fuse Replace
There is an open in the light switch Replace
The bulbs are broken Replace
SCRAPPING
Have the machine scrapped by a qualifi ed scrapper.
Before scrapping the machine, remove and separate the following materials, which must be disposed of properly according to the
law in force:
Brooms –
Engine oil –
Engine oil fi lter –
Hydraulic system oil –
Hydraulic system oil fi lters –
Plastic components –
Electrical and electronic components –
NOTE
Refer to the nearest Nilfi sk Center especially when scrapping electrical and electronic components.
