The manual of HSB-001-1/2 Scanner describes the function of

interconnecting and operation with GPT/GPI-700A. The optional
HSB-001-1/2 Scanning system can be easily interconnected to
GPT/GPI-700A to enhance it’s testing capabilities. In order to
fully understand the operation procedure, it is suggested that you
shall also refer to the manual of the GPT/GPI-700A.

This switching matrix allows GPT/GPI-700A to direct high
voltage to any of eight individual output ports, that is an ideal
accessory for applications on multiple points of the same item
which need to be tested quickly and accurately. The Scanner is
also applicable when the high volume manufacturing calls for
multiple items testing to save setup time.
