5.2 Storage of the pyrometer
CAUTION
Environmental factors and water condensing may damage some com
ponents! Store the pyrometer only in dry areas without large variations
in temperature! The atmosphere should be free of dust and corrosive
vapours!
Store the pyrometer appropriately in the original packaging. Put a suitable desiccant
inside the packing (e.g. silica-gel) to prevent damage by moisture.
Protect the pyrometer against dust through suitable measures.
The following climatic conditions are required in the storage room of
the pyrometer:
